Initially, Interaction briefed me to refresh their website. After a short conversation it was clear they wanted a brand refresh. Things quickly progressed from there with two brand positioning workshops to understand what was missing from their brand.

Workshops

A set of worksheets facilitated a competitor analysis session. Every member of Interaction’s team contributed and came to the unanimous decision that their brand’s missing ingredient was… fun!

First up, the logo revision

It was decided to drop the “Learning and Development” from the logo as everyone referred to them simply as Interaction. The addition of a spot of vivid yellow centred on the point at which the two arrowheads meet completed the new logo.

Together, these two interventions made for a more vibrant and impactful logo while highlighting what’s always been at the core of the brand — the belief in the power of people coming together: interaction.

Bringing the logo to life

Touchlines

The Touchlines are wandering and restless, giving the brand a dynamic sense of adventure.

Touchpoints

The Touchlines meet and contract to form the Touchpoints. A spot of colour expands from the point of contact.

Lockup

The tagline and logo combine to create the Lockup.

Moodboard

The brand elements are brought together in a mood board which acts as a look-and-feel point of reference for future applications.
